Explosive Speed & Agility

Discover the secrets of changing directions explosively and more importantly under control to prevent injury. In this program the drills will be specific for the movements you will be using on the playing field. The research we have done over the past several years has been proven to be very affective from the junior high level to college.

With this 6 week program you will progress from lateral movements to linear movements to explosive jumps. This program is broken down from learning to stop to accelerating in any direction by using exercises and drills to increase reaction time and improve weaknesses that may be holding you back.
